The staff at the reception made mistakes that the room cards could not be open when we returned room in the second of our 3-day stay. We needed to went to the reception to rectify the problem.

自駕遊經過江門恩平，想找一間好一點的温泉酒店，最後訂了這間比較新的酒店，酒店面積很大，房間大而華麗又有陽台，前台小姐有禮貌，中菜餐廳又平又好食。因不是為温泉而來，但都有去浸一下，温泉很特別有不同國家主題，可能又是淡季，温泉衹開了3成，而這3成的温泉池看來不太衞生，最後行了一圈，浸了幾分鐘便離開，可能旺季會好些吧。

温泉湯池很多也很乾凈，人不多，基本人均一池，很安靜很清凈，特別適合帶父母休閑度假，或親子、情侶出來玩。

酒店交通方便，房間乾淨整潔，裝修新，寬敞明亮。温泉浸池多款，選擇多樣，略嫌沒有大温泉池。服務態度非常好！

房間設施沒什麼問題。衹開了泰國館和芬蘭館，泰國館很多池都沒水的而且水質很差很臟（圖7就是），芬蘭館相對好很多，水質和環境、葯池、温度都ok，早餐沒什麼好吃的

我們家庭歡度春節，大年三十入住，初二離開，我們是自由行度假的。恆大温泉酒店環境優雅，建築宏偉，房間整齊，乾淨衞生。可以不限制泡温泉，温泉水質清澈透明，衹是五個温泉館衹開了兩個：泰國館和土耳其館，有點美中不足。兩個歺廳都很好。服務員也文明禮貌且周到，
